New England-based retailer Day’s Jewelers has survived an IT and PR nightmare; a data breach which tapped into the information of tens of thousands of customers.
Day’s called on Fletcher Media during this crisis in 2011. We worked with an internal response team of IT and legal professionals as it coordinated efforts with state and federal investigators. Our team was instrumental in helping Day’s communicate with its customers, the general public and the media.
